Payment Methods Accepted: We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Custom Orders: Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order.
Returned Merchandise Authorization: Prior to returning any part, an RMA number must be requested thru the Ti22 Sales department: email@example.com.
Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel or make a change to the order. Order processing begins as soon as the order is received and we cannot guarantee that the order will not ship prior to the request being submitted. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the request and we will reply to let you know the status of your request.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped F.O.B. from the manufacturing facility. We ship orders via UPS and FedEx. The shipping charge is determined by the total package weight, destination and shipping option chosen. For overnight services, the part must be in stock and the order must be placed prior to 12:00pm EST.
Partial Shipments: If for some reason all components of an order are not in-stock, the order will be shipped partially. The remaining components will be shipped as they are ready.
Shipping Restrictions: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical mailing addresses.
Sales Tax: Ti22 is required to charge applicable Pennsylvania sales tax on every item for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided (Pennsylvania sales only). Any purchases shipped outside of Pennsylvania may be subject to sales tax in the state of delivery.
